Automation - "Send event to Klaviyo" action

A new "Send event to Klaviyo" action makes its appearance.

This new feature lets you automatically send customized events to Klaviyo whenever a condition or trigger occurs in Loyoly.

The aim?

Create a real bridge between your engagement and loyalty actions and your CRM campaigns.

In concrete terms, you can :

  • Create your own Klaviyo events directly from your Loyoly back-office.
  • Include dynamic properties (order amount, points earned, mission completed, etc.) to enrich your events.
  • Synchronize your loyalty scenarios with your CRM messages, triggering ultra-personalized emails or WhatsApp messages in Klaviyo.
