The Yotpo alternative for brands where loyalty has to pay for itself

Loyoly is where brands move when a points-and-reviews module stops producing revenue. 40+ engagement mechanics, a mobile wallet we built ourselves, online and in-store on one customer profile. Live in days, no dev.

What actually changed at Yotpo

Your loyalty programme is now the third priority at a company that just sold its second one.

Late 2025
Email & SMS discontinued, customer base sold to Attentive
-34%
of staff cut,
including the London team
None of that makes Yotpo a bad reviews platform, it isn't. But if you run loyalty there, two things follow. The flows you built are now somebody else's product. And loyalty is competing for a roadmap against the module that pays the bills, which has never been loyalty.
That's the question worth asking before you renew: not is it working, but who is going to make it better next year.

Who this page is for

If reviews are the job, stay where you are.

STAY ON YOTPO

If your primary use case is collecting and syndicating reviews at volume, Yotpo does that well and we'd tell you so.

THIS PAGE IS FOR THE OTHER CASE

01

You have a programme, it hands out points, and you can't show what it returns.

02

Your best customers buy, and that's all you're allowed to reward.

03

Your in-store customers and your online customers are two different people in your data.

04

Every time you want to change a mechanic, it takes a developer or a ticket.

Who this page is for

If reviews are the job, stay where you are.

Your customers do more than buy. Reward it.

Yotpo ships 20+ earning rules and social stops at a follow. Loyoly runs 40+ mechanics: a story, a reel, a TikTok, a photo of the product, a Google review - verified automatically, not by someone on your team opening screenshots.

‍
The point isn't the count. It's that the behaviour worth the most to you ()a customer telling other people about you) is the one your current tool can't see, can't reward and can't prove.

A mobile wallet you own, included.

Yotpo's wallet runs through an outside partner on a separate invoice. Ours is built in-house and included. And it stops being a feature and becomes a channel: geolocated push when someone is near your store, points and VIP status on the lock screen, QR redemption at the till.

One more owned channel, with no deliverability problem and no media spend. Which matters more than it did last year, now that the email and SMS you were using there belong to someone else.

Loyalty is the product, not a module.

At Yotpo, loyalty sits beside reviews, and what it calls UGC is those reviews. Here, loyalty, referral, reviews and UGC run on one engine, on one customer profile, online and in store.

And the operational difference shows up six months in, when you want to change something: you own the programme, with a named Account Manager who knows your brand, not a ticket queue.

The part that isn't in the table

Your CRM already segments.
It just can't see the half that matters.

A Klaviyo segment sends a message.

What Loyoly adds · 80 loyalty events
Missions completed
UGC submitted
Referrals made
Points earned & spent

A Loyoly segment drives the programme itself, which missions appear, which rewards unlock, which push fires. Every entry and exit sends an event back to Klaviyo, so your flows get sharper too.

We don't replace your CRM. We feed it the half it's been missing.

The number that moves isn't the monthly fee

Most brands leaving a loyalty tool don't leave over the list price. They leave over the invoice they didn't see coming: the overage on a good month, the module that turned out to be billed separately, the price that moves when the programme works.
