La Belle Boucle is a specialist brand of natural products for curly hair. Their mission: help you achieve healthy, well-formed curls with products combining passion and expertise.

The site offers over 350 products via 37 partner brands, from shampoos and conditioners to masks and botanical oils.

Originally a DNVB sold exclusively online, La Belle Boucle ventured into physical retail in 2021 with its first boutique in Lyon. Since then, two more "La Belle Boucle Studios" have opened in Marseille and Paris.

Launched on Instagram in 2017, La Belle Boucle thrived thanks to a loyal community. By the time they joined Loyoly six years later, the e-shop was receiving 9,000 orders a month.

Their previous programme via Yotpo didn't allow accurate performance tracking or leverage the community for UGC and social proof. It also consumed precious time with constant Customer Support back-and-forth.

With Loyoly, La Belle Boucle's objectives were clear: save time and money, offer a programme aligned with its brand identity, activate birthday loyalty, collect more UGC for Instagram and TikTok, and continue generating positive reviews across all platforms.

Solution

With Loyoly, La Belle Boucle rolled out a simpler, more comprehensive loyalty and referral programme. Connected to Shopify POS, customers can redeem rewards both online and in-store, creating a unified omnichannel experience.

The referral scheme offers 10% off for both referrer and referee. In just 7 months, it generated over €22,200 in additional sales.

The loyalty programme rewards 1 point per €1 spent, enriched with missions: Instagram and TikTok follows, newsletter sign-up, birthday sharing, publishing photos or videos, Trustpilot and Google reviews, and UGC video submissions.

Over 16,000 rewards earned, with an impressive 83% redemption rate, demonstrating strong programme commitment.

Engaged customers show a repurchase rate of 73%, over 4x higher than non-engaged ones. Their LTV is 2x higher (€170.60 vs. €66.90).

The programme also collected 5,834 reviews across Google, Trustpilot and Yotpo Review, plus 92 royalty-free UGCs, all in just 7 months, boosting credibility and social proof.
