Their programme, managed by Yotpo, suffered from technical bugs that hampered user experience and reduced effectiveness. The existing referral system lacked appeal, failing to encourage customers to promote the brand.

The referral programme offers €10 to both referrer and referee via a simple shared link or email/SMS invitation. In eight months, it generated over €17,000 in additional revenue and acquired 300+ new customers at low cost.
