On 30 November and 1 December, Loyoly is exhibiting at Tech for Retail, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 7.2, Stand F32.
We'll show you how to turn your existing customers into your #1 growth channel, online, in store and through your retailers.
Headlining this year: Store Analytics, to measure what loyalty brings in for each of your stores.
You're sitting on a goldmine
Paid acquisition gets more expensive every year: +60% in 5 years. And acquiring a customer costs 5 to 25 times more than reactivating one.
Meanwhile, a brand's richest asset lies dormant. Years of customers already won, already paid for. Activated well, that base can be worth up to 20% of your revenue.
In retail, part of the mine is even invisible. A customer buys your products in store or from a retailer, pays and leaves. To you, they don't exist: no data, no way to bring them back.
Classic loyalty programmes barely move the needle. Points, generic discounts, a customer base cut off from the CRM. The result: a cost line that has stopped producing growth.
Loyoly at a glance
Loyoly is a loyalty, referral and engagement platform. The depth of a suite, the simplicity of a plug-in. Your programme goes live in days, with no dev project.
At the heart of the programme: more than 40 missions. Beyond purchases, your customers are rewarded when they refer a friend, leave a review, or share a story, a post or a TikTok. Every mission is verified automatically, with no action needed from your team
All the data collected flows back to enrich your CRM: opt-ins, phone number, birthday, preferences, VIP tier, points, RFM. We don't replace your CRM, we feed it.
More than 600 brands and 22 million consumers already use Loyoly.

What we're showing on the stand
Four highlights, one goal: recognise and reward your customers wherever they buy, then measure what it brings in.
1. One programme, online and in store
Loyoly is natively omnichannel. The same programme runs on your e-shop, in your stores and on mobile. With Shopify POS, CEGID or Fastmag, your customers earn and redeem points online and at the till. And if your stack mixes standard tools with in-house builds, the API also connects your POS or proprietary tools, on top of 25+ native integrations.
The Apple and Google Wallet card is built in-house, in your brand colours, with location-based push notifications. A customer walks past your store. She gets a push tailored to her history and VIP tier. She walks in, scans her card at the till and she's recognised.

2. Store Analytics: finally measure the impact of loyalty in store
How much of your programme happens in store, and how much online? Store Analytics compares your retail and e-commerce sales and tracks each store's performance: identified customers, repeat purchase, LTV, share of revenue generated by members.
You compare before and after Loyoly, spot your best-performing stores and give your store teams concrete targets. Available to all our customers.

3. OCR: your retailer sales make it back to you
Some of your customers buy in pharmacies, supermarkets or from other retailers. With OCR, they snap a photo of their receipt. Loyoly recognises the products and links the purchase to the right customer, just like an order on your website.
You stay in control. Every receipt is pre-analysed, you approve it in one click, and no points are awarded without your green light.

4. Segmentation: every customer sees the programme they'd have chosen
Your best customer and a one-off shopper often see the same programme. With Loyoly segmentation, each one sees the missions, rewards and push notifications designed for them, based on what they do in your programme: missions completed, referrals, points, VIP tier.
Segments update continuously. A customer enters a segment, the journey starts. They leave, it stops. To move faster, RFM segmentation, in beta, also offers 10 ready-made groups, from Champions to Lost.

What it's changed for our clients
PXP unified its 45 stores and its e-shop in a single programme: +230% LTV.
"Loyoly enables us to centralise the operations, simplify store management and offer a meaningful programme", says Mikaël Austruy, E-commerce Manager.
La Belle Boucle, 9,000 orders a month, runs its programme omnichannel with Shopify POS. In 7 months: €969,400 generated and a 73% repeat purchase rate.
At Aloe Paris, loyalty accounts for 44% of revenue.
On average, our clients see +150% LTV on their engaged customers, and around 9% of their acquisition comes through the programme. We review ROI with you at 6 months, against your own targets.
See you at Tech for Retail
Until now, the customer relationship often stopped at the till. Today, online, in store or at a retailer, every purchase becomes a relationship, and every relationship becomes measurable.
Come and see us on 30 November and 1 December at Tech for Retail, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Hall 7.2, Stand F32.
